Quick and to the point – today is my ceramic friends 1st birthday!! I’m officially one year post op. I get very little pain now in this hip. Although need to consider buying some WD40 for the morning stiffness. I still have some restrictions; 90° angle, not allowed to cross my legs, run or jump. But I’m sure I can cope with those! The only issue I have now is not being able to sit ‘ladylike’ in a skirt. But still manageable. It also means I have worn my compression stockings for 1 year and only 1 more year to go. Thanks to my DVT.*
