The three C’s – challenge, crutch, calories.

I’m thinking of challenging myself to one blog post per day and have a break at weekends? I feel like some routine would be good.

I’m going to be honest, I know at times I don’t post for a few days and I need to explain. I tend to find the inspiration to write based on what I’ve noticed or what activities I’ve completed in my day.

Whenever I write a post and then schedule it for a few days later, I somehow feel like a fraud. For example; if I were to write something when I’m feeling down and schedule it for 3 days times. I’ve usually perked back up and want to talk about something positive.

Wednesday, is the best example – I don’t want people to think it’s all depressing sob stories because that’s not what I want this blog to be about.

Following on from Wednesday…. I had a great day. Fortunately, nobody asked about the crutch and I only pointed it out to my manager, when we were discussing my days performance. My work are super strict on toilet breaks and I’d used 6 mins… a 6 hour shift (we’re only meant to use 4 mins)

Thing is I’m sure anyone who takes cocodamol can agree that one of the main side effects include having a dry mouth. Plus in my case, add a non stop talking environment (call centre) = water. Not something I can really fix.

Anyways, I was thinking about how tired I was after work and was wondering whether using a crutch burns more calories? I mean I need to have something positive to come out of this situation! Slogan ‘drop 2 dresses, use a crutch’ I could market it….I’m joking. However, when I use Myfitnesspal it does allow me to add walking with crutches and I’m more than certain I gain back more calories….
